Great to see everyone at the SE Q last weekend - it was a killer. Also great to see our outstanding instructors from the Club shadowing during masterclasses. Way to go McKenzie, Diana, Natalie, Karen and Karla. And Darren and Susan were their usual worldclass selves.

6/28: First launch dropped today - a double RPM launch that saw over 50 people ride RPM39. Jim, Martha, Carrie and I kickstarted their hearts with a little hard rock flavor. The floor was soaked at the end, and they all met the challenge head on.

7/08: BodyPump 66 launch went off with a crowd of 50 Pumpers, many returning to the fold after being away. Transformers theme, complete with wardrobe transformations!

7/10: RPM launch at our other Club. Great group, teaching with different instructors, always something to learn.

Now life gets back to normal -- it's Mrs Smith's turn to double launch - BodyCombat and BodyStep coming up quick...

Wow Amsterdam! I was there about 25 years ago. It was beautiful, but let's just say I wasn't doing healthy things like riding a bike! Man, that was a LONG time ago!!!

Why Hello Mr. Smith! Great to hear that you're still rockin' RPM! And I love the PUMP transformer pic!

Thanks for the message. I like the middle name ideas. If I had my way it would Seal or Amazing.

I'll keep ya posted.

Say hello to Mrs. Smith.

Hey Scott!

Thank you so much for the pic... loved it. The Q was fantastic; what a nice experience. As always, it was good to see Mr. and Mrs. Smith in action.
See you soon... we got some new releases to launch!

It was great to see you as well at the Q. I was feeling a bit under the weather. I have a cold apparently, but I will feel better eventually. I only made it through 3 classes. In Woodstock I did 5 and still went out in ATL that night. I was exhausted! But at least I did my favorites and learned some new things. I hope your release goes well. I guess you better start learning some music, huh? Take care!

Hey Scott! Great to see you at the Quarterly yesterday and to put "the face with the name.." LOL I am terrible with that stuff.. :) Anyway, RPM master class rocked and it was fun having so many familiar faces in there as well as people who are as passionate about that program as me! If you ever want to come and teach at Gold's for RPM let me know - we have NO male instructors for RPM... just us chicas.. :)
Take care!
Lisa
