SWEETNESS! I saw that on the events page (yes i look at ALL of them, LOL), would have loved to go. I do hope we get some around here, instructor upskilling is not on my clubs list of things-to-do. Alrighty, Im gonna run, heading to work in a few, then driving to TN when i get off tonight. yahoo! Have a great week, see you SOON!!!! Great talking to you again :)

oh my God your cracking me UP! I have spongebob squarepants scrubs that I wear to work, they say OOPS I SPLIT MY PANTS. he is the shiz-nit.
Girl you BETTER get your rear-end up here for a Q, and shoot me an email if you ever do a training somewhere closeby, or in NC. The only instrutor upskilling we get around here is to resit training.
ps...The jump kick did my pants in..think "I SMELL ZOMBIE" MISS YOU!!

Saw you were online and decided to leave you a funny message - I split my pants in COMBAT today, LOL LOL LOL actually i was practicing before the demo class today, some members watching on with interest... lets say it was a LONG journey to the bathroom and a new pair of pants... i was holding my bum like i had to poop really bad.
just in case you needed a laugh today...

Hey!!! Wow it is so great to hear from you, I miss you. Awesome to hear you are enjoying FL, you should put up some pictures of your new house, I bet its gorgeous. Bet your kids are lovin being right on the beach :) Is your husband riding the Livestrong Challenge also? They had 10 RPMers crammed on stage at the Q, they were all riding the Challenge I think.
Keep on smiling! Will see you around hopefully, if not, next time I am in FL I will look you up and come harass your RPM class ;)

The Super quarterly was so awesome! I did not now you left VA. You will be missed here as a trainer, you're awesome! I'll be in Orlando for vacation is November, wish it was closer..I'd come take class with you. Good luck in Fl. and keep in touch.
