SICK!! SICK!! SICK!!
The Super Q was AMAZING!! I didn't make it to the Jam session Friday night - no real excuse- it just didn't work out. Going to this has truly renewed my already endless love for Jam and has also shown me Pump in a new light. The new releases are SWEET!
G was absolutely HOT - I got a little freak nasty on him when I saw him. He totally appreciated it...you will have to ask me personally what I did...I can't put it into words - it was all action. Rachel, Ginny and Carla were equally HOT. I am so happy to have met them. Carla - so cool to meet you and look forward to staying in touch. Way to bring it Jam Fam!!

Anyway, an annual mandatory pilgrimage will be happening anywhere anytime the Les Mills crew comes to the US.

Thanks to my awesome friends: Elizabizzle, Steph, Kate and Colleen! You guys made it even more amazing. Pictures will follow shortly...

BodyPump taping complete. THANK GOD!!!!

Becoming a Jammer has been one of the highest points of my life thus far. It literally changed my life. There is no other way to say it. Since then (2years), I have grown personally and met AMAZING people.
It's funny how things in life can go in the wrong direction quickly and unexpectedly...but Jam is always there. My members are always there waiting with anticipation of what tracks I will choose. They pull me back to reality. It is so cool when those who come to class to get inspired, often do the inspiring.

Did I mention how much I love it??? Awesome feeling.

P.S. I just completed BodyPump training and I am amped about it!! I love it! Heather Bedell - super sick job training us! You are awesome.
