Hey thanks. It took long enough for i to get them up. And yes the distinction lol, i am aiming very high with that and am just hoping for the best! And i feel the same way with flow, it adds the balance to the rest of the classes. If i dont take a class for a while i feel horrible haha. I start cramping and feeling tight all over. And yes Thomas is a great leader and has been great with teaching me everything.

hey girl
thought of you today for 2 reasons:
I'm in FL for work and got to launch BC 36 (again) w/friends down here
Forgive the crotch shot but I'm working on getting Dani and Meredith legs (I have a ways to go, but I'm trying!!)
Second, just read today that Christina Applegate has breast cancer, she's 36
Just another reason to keep awareness on the forefront
