Hello, my name is DAN.
I was born in ORLANDO, FL.
I've lived in the Central FL area all my life.

I'm two times divorced, I have four children John 29, Steven 23, Marisa 17, and Samantha 17. I live with my lover and best friend Tina for 13 years.

I have worked for the City of Altamonte Springs for 25 years. I am the Heavy Equipment Supervisor.

I started powerlifting (at 310 lbs) about 10 years ago with my boss and good friend Shannon White.(for 6 years)
One day an instructor (ASTRID) invited me into her freestyle cycle class and I loved it.Soon after that (Jenn Carlisle) invited me to take her BP class. I was the only male in the class! I took Pump for about 3 and a half years. (I Lost 102 lbs)

I was invited to get BP certified by my good friend Jeff Romnes.(Master Freestyle Cycle Instructor)

I was BP certified February 2007 on release 59.
I was RPM certified January 2008 on release 36.

Rachelle	Hi Dan-I got your message. I have been tired. This week and next I have to be at work on Tues and Thurs from 6am-8pm so those are long days for me and I don't get much done at home when I am at work all day. Taking Sat off from LM and may go to apk to do attack. I spend enough time at LM and Lourdes has plenty pump instructors for Sat. ttyl

Rachelle	Hey Dan--I had a dr visit that went well yesterday. My therapist said a couple more weeks and should be ok for RPM. Sorry it is taking so long. It is all the out of the saddle movements they are worried about and I am trying to be a good patient which is testing my patience! Let me know if that is ok.

Hey Dan--I got your message late Sunday. Was sleeping. Had a bit of a fever that woke me up twice soaking wet! Blah...I guess that is as close to a good sweaty cardio workout that I am going to get for a while...lol. Anyway, all is well. I have gotten the bike all the way around which is huge for me...Took me over 4 weeks last time to do that. Once I start PT I will know more of my coming back timelines ;-) Thanks for checking on me!!!
