Danielle..it won't matter if you've never heard or done the release, really..
You have obviously participated, so you know the order of events..take a breath, you'll be fine.
It's all a learning curve..and a great one..
Trainers are there to help you through, use their knowledge,ask questions irregardless of whether you think they are "silly" or not..and then knock 'em dead!
