I am a new BodyPump instructor, although I have been engaged in some form of group since 1990. I am not one to talk about myself, so this whole profile is a stretch for me, but if I desire friends, I must first prove myself friendly! So here goes!

I am the mother of three grown men and the grandmother of eleven. When I am sitting, which is not often, I like to read and knit. I lead a very active lifestyle as a personal trainer and life coach. I am truly in love with the Les Mills philosophy of health and fitness because it so closely mirrors my own. I am elated to be an instructor.

I hope all is going well in the Circle City! I have wondered how things were progressing at your club since I met you in June at the Columbus, OH quarterly. You had such great energy and enthusiasm for fitness that I knew you would be following through!!! I'm so excited to see that you are a part of the Les Mills family. I'm hoping that we will be moving to Inday within the next few months - it has taken longer than we thought, but things seem to be moving a little more quickly now - Yippee. Maybe I can cheer on my Colts in person :) Are you going to the Chicago Q this weekend? If so I'll see you there!!!
