FEB 2010 UPDATE: Looking forward to the next Quarterly in Boston!

JULY 2009 UPDATE: Had a BLAST at Q2 in New York. Got punched in the face by Dan Cohen (my fault for dropping my guard in the ring!).

MARCH 2009 UPDATE: Q1 Combat upskilling with Angel Santiago was TOUGH but AMAZING - I needed a good butt-kicking! Angel joins Josef (Matthews, my BodyCombat trainer) and Sheldon (McBee, my BodyPump trainer) in my book, those who I look up to and have the utmost respect for.

I am ready to change lives, every time! BRING IT!

Availability

I am looking to pick up additional Body Combat and Body Pump classes and right now, my schedule is flexible.

Hey Deb

It was fantastic to meet you! I love your journey "story" - you are a true inspiration to all of us!

The Q was amazing - I am so fortunate that I had the opportunity to present at it. I am always amazed at the passion and energy each instructor has for helping others to achieve healthy lifestyles.

If you are ever in the DC area, let me know! I will be back up north this coming weekend in VT for a FLOW training.
