So you kick my ass at 6 am combat! I wish I could make it more often. I have to tell you.... your such a good instructor. I remember when I first saw you at a launch I was like WOW, Your body is in amazing shape! Awesome! Thanks for keeping me motivated and coming to Xcel!

Wow! Thanks for the add. Not sure why you chose me of all people out the communtiy but I have to say "What an inspiration you are!" As a 34 year old mother of 4 you look incredible! Love your hair and the picture of your family in the snow!
I literally am new to Les Mills as an instructor and I already feel much better. Attack is so much fun and I am happy to be a part of it! I also love setting a healthy example for my two munchkins!
Getting ready for another long winter here in Wisconsin..... might as well exercise, right?

My summer is off & running! I just posted some new pics from the Las Vegas Q (was so much fun!!) as well as some pics from my Father's Day weekend at the Colorado River.
Also just bought a roadbike - caught the bug - and am recovering today from my inaugural ride yesterday - 28 miles down the coast!
Hope your summer's off to a great start as well!

Love the pics and thanks for the friend request. I would love to go for combat we do not currently offer it at our gym. I took it at a Q and LOVED it!!! For now I will stick with Attack.

Just got the BC koru tattooed on my shoulder so no turning back now
Did you (or are you going to) attend a Q this quarter?
