Hello Desmond,
I am Miko who is a Japanese journalist living in Auckland.
I am working for Fitness Magazine which is publishing in Japan and making a regular column about Les Mills.( I LOVE Les Mills, too)
I would like to feature "how people love LM group fitness classes in the world" on upcoming issue and would like to hear testimonials from as many as people all
over the world.
If possible, could you please tell me about your gym and how you and your friends are enjoying classes?
If you would help me, please drop me a line and I will send you some questions.
I can send you pdf file of the magazine, even though it is written in Japanese, when published.

Hello Desmond,
Outside of the "adult beverages", fun parties and fantastic food, we New Orleans natives try to hold up our end of the workout programs! Whew...I kid my class that they are working hard to go out and party after class. And you know what? 9 times out of 10 they are headed out to Party! GRIN
