Hey team!
Aren't we all LUCKY!
I think we're working in one of the best industries in the world. We are surrounded by positive people working positively on their lives. We are making the world a healthier happier place, and every single instructor I have met around the world is passionate and inspiring with what they do.
I feel like a completely lucky guy to have gone on this journey, and met so many amazing people including all these wonderful people in all of our amazing programs here at Les Mills in Auckland, New Zealand. And then I also get to meet tons of inspiring wonderful instructors around the world when I work with Les Mills internationally, when you guys come here and join me for a BodyBalance or BodyVive workout, or even when I just visit a club overseas and meet a new instructor. This global family we've created really blows my mind, and now we have a chance to connect online. Tres modern!
I love my work - being a Balance and Vive instructor and trainer, a DVD Presenter, and occasionally an international trainer and presenter. I couldn't ask for a better life.
Hey feel free to give me a yell on this. I don't get much time to sit down and check often, but I'm really happy to connect and explore.
So...
Till we meet,
Kia Kaha, aroha nui
David

UPDATE: 2008 is proving to be astounding!!! Jackie and I have been to a yoga and surfing retreat in Costa Rica - the jungle, the ocean, the surf, the yoga, the people, the food - WOW what an experience - so connected in every sense. I am so grateful to be able to do this. I have taught a class in Taiwan at Nike Fitness party to about 5000 people, Stop the madness!!! I have visited Sweden, a place I have wanted to go to all of my life. And I'm teaching in Portugal in November :-) 2008 is a year where dreams come true. What are your dreams? So till we meet, play safe but throw caution to the wind and feel what happens! Live from a place of love! A bientot x

Doctor Dave,

I couldn't make the trip from Edinburgh to the SQW in London - very disappointed as I so wanted to meet you.

Even more unfortunate that I couldn't even get along to the Glasgow QW this time round due to family reasons - so I even missed your surprise appearance there.

I started teaching release 42 on Saturday and it is astonishing. The Shiva Salutation is really good and the music prompted me to go out and buy the Sleepthief album.

I do hope that you manage to get over to the UK again sometime soon.

Cheers.

Roger

Dr Dave,

so nice to see you in Glasgow today :0)

Awesome balance class, you have such a calm relaxed manner when you teach and you, the NZ and the UK team continue to inspire me to take balance to a new level with each release.

Thank you,

Pam.x

Dave
I just went through BB training 3 weeks ago
It was my 5th LM format and the perfect balance to all the high intensity I've been enjoying for the past 4 years
I had the pleasure of meeting Jackie at the US Super Q the week after training and taking BB 42 w/her and some of our North American trainers
I hope to get to travel to NZ eventually and come take classes at "the mother ship"
Thank you for all you do
Hope to get to meet you at a LM event somewhere in the world
Anjali
