Hi Myles,
Wanted some advice off you bro. Tonight I had 20 people in my BB class. I was giving all the teaching points just felt that trk 7 people at back couldn't really see me ( price you pay for being short ). I taught the core back good with all the teaching points and I've been teaching my classes with push play and go. Do you think it's advisable for me to stop before trk 7 and show the pull backs and the cross linking or should I continue with what i am doing ?. I maybe hard on myself as BB is new to the club. It's very hard with big classes, you have got to be really focused on what you say....felt good though- the words getin about.
