Great to see you this weekend! Combat was so awesome that I think I had an out of body experience. Too mickey, bro.
Back to the regular routine now. The kids started school yesterday and I'm already counting down to next summer. I think it's going to be a long year!

Hey Esther! Nice to hear from you! I actually bought my red sneaks on Ebay. They are the coolest things. Close up they are actually red rose petals. I was the bad pirate invading the good girls ship (Jodi) at launch. We had a lot of fun! How are you doing and the family? Your kids are too cute. Please tell Cindi I said hello! How is Flow going for her? I am taping August 10th. I am very nervous about relaxation, ironically. :)

Hey Esther
What's up with you? I am very busy right now. I have been teaching BP at the Friendship Center and that has been great. They are not ready to add any more programs. One reason..lack of space...only one big aerobics room and many instructors teaching a wide variety of classes but I won't give up on trying to add new les mills programs. I think the next program would either be combat or flow.
Unfortunately no matter how great the quarterly sounds...I won't be able to go. The day and cost is not working into my life right now. Very sad. Let me know how it is.

Hi Ester!
Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I am doing way better than a few months ago and I think I'm finally back to normal (is there is such a thing). Yes I love the new releases. I'm launching next weekend. Combat continues to be my favorite but RPM is a close 2nd this time. I don't do Vive, it's listed for a program for me but a mistake. I've asked that they remove it but no one seems to help.
Are you going to the super Q in NY? I'm all signed up. I'm planning on doing an intensive but can't decide which one. I want to do combat again but I'm afraid it will be what we already did in MD. What do you think? Let me know what you're doing.
Hope all is well and that your kids aren't driving you too nuts like mine are this summer! Take care, Jane
