i know! i know! i still don't really know how to navigate though! it took me about 10min. just to figure out how to send you a message!

Yo Yo Elizabizzle,
I-zabizzle be fine! Helping a friend get settled in DC. Doing a LOT of BodyJam!! My last two classes have been full of energy - maybe I'm finally getting it..... Sorry I couldn't be there last Saturday. I started a client, and I see him Saturday mornings... :( Tomorrow it is at 11:00. I WILL make it out there again, though. Or maybe at BX! Only one more week with my ridiculous back-to-back step classes on Wednesday.

Hi. Thanks for the back-up! In a climate of feedback and encouragement, it's stunning to be shouted down by an instructor, let alone to be called a "whiner". I might whine about some things, but sure won't be this. lol
Used to live 1/2 mile down Columbia Pike from Bailey's Crossroads, when I was in junior high/high school. A long time ago, in a galaxy far away.lol Down in Roanoke, now. Where's the gym at Bailey's? Quite a drive from Burke, no?
