HEY!!! AWESOME!!! Congrats on the certification! 66 does rock!!!!! The music is GREAT!!! Ya im already in school....there is sooo much work so it has been keeping me really busy! I decided to take 5 classes this semester..I dont know why I did! haha..Im counting down the days to christmas break already!!!! So how has attack been goin for you?? Hows school?? Did you ever go to the quarterly?? I lost track of time and didnt get a chance to sign up :(

Absolutely you can team it with me any time!!! :0) We just have to let Andrea(GFM) know ahead of time. My Attack/ Pump Monday is a combo express class at JI: 45 min Attack followed by 45 min Pump. The Pump section is 5:00-5:45. Does that work for you??? I also teach Pump Friday's at 4:30 JI. Just let me know what tracks you wanna teach and when and it's a go!!! :) I look forward to it. Heard you gave an awesome class on Tuesday night!!! :0) Yippee!!! and WELCOME!!! Sorry about the mic....I know that stinks. We've had so many probs lately with that but they are working on it. I had to teach Attack and Pump back to back Monday with no mic at all.....UGH! It just changes the whole dynamics of the class. Anyway, just wanted to say hey and look forward to meeting you soon.

Hey! Long time no talk to! How is all going? the week before release I re-injured my knee. I had to NOT do one of the two classes I was going to teach (the other class was mostly seniors, or folks who didn't mind doing low impact options the whole way). I have been doing Physical Therepy 3 times a week, and really working to get my knee stronger. I had a ton of fluid around the knee; so now I just have to work extra hard, and warm up more and cool down more before and after Attack. If you are feeling any bit of sore knees, I HIGHLY recommend first that you ice your knee down after each workout, and find more dynamic stretches before the warm up track even, and more static stretches after cool down track. Also, stretching the IT band is important for us Attackers because we are constantly doing that run motion, which makes the IT band tight.... So, you are about half my age (Im saying that in jealousy!) so you probably don't have any knee issues yet.
What are you doing these days? Back to school yet?

OMG congrats thats great!!! Yeah for my training I got chest and back. Haha yeah show me heaven is pretty good, but I reckon "on your way to the disco" is absolutely the funkiest fitness track I have ever heard!!! Though I reckon you may have got a bit sick of it if you got it as an assessment track, having to listen to it so much lol.
