Facts:

1) I am half Brazilian and half Portuguese, but I never had the chance to go to Europe, one of my biggest dream (if not THE biggest) is to live in Europe (not necessarily Portugal)

2) I'm a RedBull and Toblerone addict!

3) I have three older brothers, the youngest of them is 10 years older than me! Two are married, but none live with me (but they come to annoy me once in a while! hehehe) Ps: I still dont have any nephew or niece! :-(

4) Looooove Open Air Parties! They're so much better! Gimme a sunny day, some electronic music and my friends and I'll be as happy as children in Christmas!

5) Who did not cry on FRIENDS last episode? I know I did!

6) I'm Sagittarius... That means that I love all those stuff they say: Freedom, traveling, trueth, Justice, friends, parties! Yay!

I think I'm done for now, huh! Wow.. this wasn't as easy as I thought it would be! Ouch! But it's great!

Hey, here I come. From Brazil reaching all the World through this Community!

I've had amazing experiences with Les Mills programs and events that inspires me each day of my life!

BodyCombat makes me go crazy! BodyAttack pushes me to my limits! Body Pump makes me stronger ("What does not kill me makes me stronger!" hahaha just kidding)! Anyway, I just LOVE and have so much fun with all the programs and I have no words to express what this feels like!

So, that's me, I'm Emmanuel, looking forward to make new friends united by Les Mills passion!

Hey Manny!

Moving forward here in the states. It is the second day of launch week. Teamed Body Pump x2 yesterday and have another team Pump tonight. It is also the debut of Body Combat 36 this evening. I will not be teamin tonight, but on Friday morning, with a US BC trainer.

Hey you will get a kick out of this...one of the new instructors I teach with is from Brazil. She was trained BC in Brazil. I took her class not too long ago and she used the Brazil music. I have have heard that many times.

Still working on Attack. Still love it. Just got a wicked cool BA moko top. Gotta get a master class scheduled to tape.

Other than that, I am working on my dream. Good & bad. Need to make some modifications so there is more good. Positive thinking. Moving forward, moving forward.

How are you doing?????

Q's are so much fun. I missed the most recent one. Saving for August 23 in NY...USA global summit. All NZ trainers will be present. How cool is that? It is called having a HUGE amount of fun! Cannot wait to meet everyone.
