I am excited yet nervous about going to present the even zones this weekend for Bodypump training in Pelham, Al. Pray that I do a great job and hopefully send the trainees home with a good understanding of what is expected out of them as instructors.

Update: Bodypump 66 Launch was AWESOME!! Thank you Shelley Barber for being on stage with me and doing an amazing job! Thanks to my wonderful wife for filming and being such a great supporter for the things I do! Kudos to all the participants that came and an apology for anyone that may have been affended for my shirt being off. I am truly sorry if it gave you a wrong impression. I was going for the true Hawaiian look.

My LIFE: My family and I moved to Birmingham in September 2007. My wife's name is Hillary Evans and she is a nurse at Children's Hospital. She is by far the most beautiful woman on the face of the earth! My baby boy Hayden Grier Evans is 15 months old. He is the greatest gift GOD has ever given us. I live everyday striving to be the best Husband and Father that I can be for them.

On a lighter note...I have been teaching Pump for about 4 years now and I absolutely Love the program!! A different person comes out of me when I step on stage. Watching my fellow classmates fight to overcome each track gives me a reason to return and push them just a little bit more each time so that they are never satisfied. Once you are satisfied you are setting yourself up for failure. My desire and passion in life is to help others achieve their dreams and goals. BODYPUMP has and will continue to give me the opportunity to put a positive impact on so many people's lives.

I want any and every person who is willing to take on a challenge to invest 55 minutes of their Life and committ to the most awesome comradery and worthwhile physical and mental challenge that is available at more than 12,000 gyms WORLDWIDE.
