Hi my name is Valarie, I am 26 years old, married with two children 7 and 2. In 2007 I started my Personal Training career and after a year found Chambo Wellness (World Gym) and Les Mills.

In my teen years I was always the star athlete and in the past 8 I have been a wife and mother. Sometime over those years I lost myself and in 2005 decided I was done with depression and unhappiness and began my journey back. Over the past 3 years I have attended TONS of seminars, self-improvement courses and read all the self-improvement books I could get my hands on.

The reason I am explaining all of this is it does not compare to what I just experienced this weekend with our Body Combat training team. Jana, Toni and Heather created a weekend that delivered an opportunity for me to do and become something I thought was far out of reach. I attended for the mental and emotional challenge. I felt almost silly feeling SO emotional at times I almost broke down crying. The feelings were so overwhelming.

Now after the training I truly believe in myself again and know I can accomplish anything!!

Thanks to Jana, Toni, Heather, Stephanie, Rebecca, Greg, Jennifer, Bernadette, Kelli, Nicholas, Matt, Laurie, Sarah, Michelle, Corey and Gabriel!!

My plan is to become the Essence of a Body Combat Instructor and attend a Leaders Summit soon!!

Welcome to the Combat team
I teach BP, BC, BS, BA and am going through BF training next weekend but Combat is my true passion (check out my profile and that will be readily apparant)
Its great to hear how Combat and LM helped you through a tough time
Enjoy the journey, it only gets better
Hope to get to meet you at a LM event sometime
I am vacationing in Phoenix next April
Last year I drove all the way to Tucson to team teach BS and BP (I have been known to road trip for some LM)
