Class was sooo much fun last night! I really liked it and enjoyed learning all those fun moves. You were awesome and, as always, loved your energy! Sorry I was a bit late, we had a bit of a disaster at work that I am still trying to get under control.

You're a maniac! but YES, you should definitely come with me to BODYSTEP training.

As for BODYJAM, Kili showed us some wicked tricks to learn the new moves this weekend. I can't wait for us to practice together. what mornings is the studio free? i'll get my butt out of bed to practice with you. :)

Good to hear from you and thanks so much for the birthday wishes!I keep missing you :(. I missed pump today, because I was out a bit too late, but i did go to flow tues night with arnold (I know that class is late for you with that crazy drive you do) and i went to the bodypump class that chantilly subbed last thurs...jackie brought us warm, homemade low-fat banana chocolate cake that morning :)! I'll be back at your pump class next week, and I will be bringing my sister the following week :). I guess I'll just have to start popping into your afternoon classes :). btw--How are you feeling???

Of course I remember you...I ask Matty about you all the time....I wish I was at the SFQ but I had sick kids and life just got in the way...Love Megan...was wearing her clothes yesterday...need to buy more...they are the best fitting ever....

Team teaching would be fun. I should run it by my club. I'm hoping for a VIVE training somewhere in the area soon. Too much $$$ to go out of town for one. Airfare is just crazy these days. How are you liking your programs?
