HELLO!! :) i didn't get back home until late in the evening on sunday but luckily i had monday as a holiday otherwise i can't imagine going into work looking like a worn out tyre.. lol!

i've got tracks 1 (warm-up) and 9 (recovery) both of which are really nice ones! =) think i'm gonna script out what i'm gonna say esp for track 1 cos plenty of repetitive moves like track 5. i think u did really fantastic last weekend for track 1 so don't worry too much just let it flow naturally! ;)

anyway, i've got to go into the studio tonight n tomo to practise n practise! have already made plans with my jam instructor here to team teach with her next tuesday and do the uf "oh" block! can't wait!! (fingers crossed for this saturday!) tc n c ya soon. v

hey! yeah, seriously i'm so excited n nervous at the same time now but i haven't done any packing yet will do it tonight as i'm still at work.. i'm going there straight from redhill tomo with all my stuff including my laptop. its gonna be a hell of a gruelling weekend, lol!! c u there!!

Hey! Did u say ur from Southampton?? Awesum, cos i'm a student at southampton uni!! haha! however, i'm now based in Redhill, Surrey as i'm taking a gap year from my studies but will be going back in october. i'm all excited bout it bout the training too! x

Hi Beth. Yes good weekend that! RPM is awesome. I teach both Spin and RPM and RPM is def my favourite at the moment! It's getting tough now!
