BP MODULE November 2007 - PASSED :-)

Returned to BP & RPM about 4 years ago after a 5 year break. All the usual problems, high blod pressure, cholesterol not good, overweight etc etc.

Tried Body Pump after 3 months back and then RPM about 3 months after that. I wasn't an overnight sensation but "Practice makes progress" and 2 years later I jumped at the opportunity to teach RPM & was certified in June 2007!

We release RPM 38 in 1 week. One of the best since RPM 30 IMHO. I'm not on the RPM release team this quarter because ... Im on the Pump release team!

Mark	Hey Martin, yup that's me. I was selected to do a marketing photo shoot while I was in NZ for the global summit. NZ is a beautiful country. Danya	Hi M. Glad you survived your trip home. Probably just as well that you got to jump back into classes. Shame to have missed the launches. We are soft launching things here, so pretty low key for summer. The PBAC'ers loved you and are still talking about you! Come visit us again!

Danya	oh. My bad. I thought you were gone...I guess that was just one of you who left that day. I wish I was gonna see you in class again, but I don't teach that one. I will see you in passing as I head in to teach Vive, though. :-) If you feel like cycling Thur night at my other club (6:35 PM), let me know and I will request a pass (for whoever wants to come). D

Danya	You were totally inspiring! Thanks so much for letting me twist your arm. I am glad you made it back in one piece. It will feel good to work out after that crazy plane ride. Come teach with me again anytime!

Danya	Sounds like a plan for tomorrow. I will take over on track 7. I really appreciate you being a good sport and doing this with me to spice up our lives here on the central coast!
