Stacy took on BP with athletic ease! You WOULD NEVER know that she just started teaching... She is a natural! I love that picture too... It's the prettiest Pushup I've ever seen!

I don't think I'll be able to make it to your launch :( I've done 4 PUMP classes since Friday and need a rest. Thanks for the shout out on the picture. Can you tell I've gained 20 lbs since you saw me last? That's what the stress at LAC did to me! No time to work out on top of mounds of stress does not do a body good. Thankfully because of the Bodyplex and being somewhat unemployed I am actually starting to lose some weight. URGH!!!!
Is Emily launching with you guys? Tell her I said HI.

Hey girl:
Long time, no write. HE HE. We launched BP 66 in Dawsonville today. It was so much fun! Guess who was there? Sheila! Her daughter is a member there. What a blast from the past.
I am enjoying PUMP soooo much! I wish I would have done it sooner. I hope to come teach with you sometime. I will be teaching PUMP in Dawsonville on Friday mornings starting this week so join me anytime!!!
I see that STEP is in your future! I say go for it! I know you would be an awesome STEP instructor. You always had great form and you have such a fun personality!
Just wanted to show you what Andrew is doing these days. What a kid. He finally came out of his shell this summer and is trying all sorts of adventurous stuff. I have to admit that I am going to really miss him next week when he goes to school. :(
