Word up! Yo! :-)
How we doin'?

Oooh, ooh, ooh - Leeds QW totally rocked! Thank you to the big DK (ayyeee!), Shaun and Delores! (And of course, me ol' mate The Vixen)
It's official, I am one freaky mofo!!! :-)

Activities: pushing my body to its physical limits, unleashing my inner warrior, talking about training, ruling over my underlings, breaking head-mics, neglecting housework, drinking sugar-free red bull, spending too much money on clothes, frequently eating (too much!!), promoting sarcasm, trying to keep my sanity, being a (exercise) freak, getting my heart broken by wrong-uns and generally being a psycho brunette (thank you Craig!!).

My passions are Combat and Pump (obviously!!), spin, kickboxing, swimming, running and the gym.

Other than that you just need to know that I don't do fluffy, I don't do girlie, I don't do sexy and I DON'T do love!

Hi Emma,
Thanks for leaving message on my page. It's nice to know someone else that is as passionate about taking there body to the limits like me. You Rock Girl...
I think BC37 is brilliant,it' easy for the participants to do and the moves on some tracks are slowed down a fraction, helps you coach class better. I ran a tech class last week and done the education, got the class facing each other doing the jinga and evading the kick - you could see there eyes light up as they are actually feeling capeoria. I've not launched yet, waiting for my launch team to learn music, our launch at the club is Oct 18th,until then i'm practicing it evry couple of days to keep the moves sharp when I do launch. Look after yourself and keep in touch. I leave for NZ on Oct 28 for filmings...Can't wait - Natural adreneline,no need for red bull there. see ya Ash x

Hey Blackpool! Nice to hear from you Emma. Sorry I took a while to reply - I have been down in London most of this week with the day job and only got home last night. Went to the Headline Money Awards on Wednesday night (which is for financial journalists) - and that was late wild and drunken. I've missed quite a few classes so it will be good to get back into it.

I've been reading about Asbo the missing dog from Blackpool in the Daily Hate Mail (you get copies free on British Airways) - is the dog more interesting than the ship?

Unfortunately can't get down to Sheffield - but you will have a great time. Dan and Rach will be awesome - we had them here in Edinburgh two years ago. I am sure Mr and Mrs Cohen will impress.

Cheers.

Roger
