Great to meet you at the LMSE Q this weekend. Love RPM 44! So glad I was in on the 1st one of the day. What great cueing during the Master Class & great to meet you after the Ed session. Your info will be great to use in the future. I'm just sorry I missed training with you on 43!
Nice job in Pump, esp. on the Abs track. Your cues are stuck in my brain, & I will remember them when I'm teaching 71.
Thanks for coming down & I hope our paths cross again in the future!

we had our bodypump launch today!! it was so exciting & soooo much fun! im teaching tomorrow with another instructor & then as of wednesday ill have my first solo class! :)

From Holland you know? How are you all recovered from the filming trip. How were the quarterlies overthere. They were great here and funny to teach te release you filmed.

Yo! Thanks! I've been working on my 'grit' too. :-) Re: Philly, I'm not sure at this point if I'll be able to. I would absolutely love to, but right now I don't have a road bike. I may end up bringing my mountain bike down and just doing one of the short rides. I'll keep you posted as it gets closer, and I'll check with our other RPM'ers to see if they'd like to come as well.

Thanks again! Getting ready to help another gym launch 43 next week, so I've been seeing a lot of you lately. ;-)
