hey Heather doood, its Ricky writting you a super big word of thanks for the great weekend. I loved the diversity in personalities you brought to the table whether it was you being stern, inpirational or goofy. all were appreciated and refreshing which was needed with the tough weekend especially with your body combat surprise (I think is now at the top of my all time love-hate list...really loved it, man much harder then the body attack challenge). anyway again thank you, I hope to become a master trainer one day and work with you, cause doood you kicked butt this weekend seriouly. I know I was a junky before but now I think my other passion of studying torture tactics and genocide has taken a back seat to combat because of you and Angel being so inspirational and AWESOME!!!.

P.S. You know your addicted to Combat when ....
you are excited for the new bodystep release only because one of the tracks features the song "were not going to take it" from Body Combat 30.
You know your addicted to Combat when .... you attend an Attack class that happens to play "you can't stop the beat" from the Hairspray soundtrack and you bust out with a double jab left then right out of sheer combat habit.
You know your addicted to Combat when.... you know every time slot and instructor for Body Combat at your gym but you don't know your mother's birthday or the name of your little sister.

Hay Heather
Hope you made it home from the big city of Boise.. It was great to have you help Kick our butts in Combat Training this past weekend.I think I will be able to move soon. HaHa.. My wife and I would Love to take one of your Combat class sometime when we get up your way.

I saw that you are headed to Tumwater for Combat training next! I'm signed up for it (I teach at The Valley where training is taking place) and looking forward to the challenging weekend! Are you presenting/training with anyone else? Looking forward to meeting you.....

I teach 4 programs and just went through my 5th training last weekend (BF) but Combat is one true love
Also, you're a CSI geek, I'm an actual forensic scientist (in my day job)
Congrats on BC trainee, that's something I'd love love love to do one day
Would love to hear how you got there since I've been looking for boot camps but haven't seen any. Are they picking trainees some other way now?
Are you going to the summit and/or Super Q?
I'll be heading up there Th and will be at the BC intensive on Fri
If you're there, hope to get the chance to meet you
