By day, I'm a Special Education teacher, and mother of 3 awesome kids! We enjoy hanging out at home (while the kids still think it's "cool" to hang out with mom and dad!!) Football season is exciting at our house as we love our Purdue Boilermakers ("Boiler-Up!"), and remain ever faithful to our Chicago Bears!

People walk into the gym with a wide range of comfort levels. Some can't wait to get there, and others can't wait to leave. I was one of those who wanted to run the other direction, and have evolved into the "gym rat" that I am today! It's not easy starting out, especially when you have a bit of weight to drop, but the confidence and overall well being and health that come with fitness success are things I hope that I can share with others!

LMI programs are awesome! They have turned us all into group fitness junkies!!! BRING IT!!!

Dodgeball rematch anyone??????

OH MY GOSH!!! How excited am I to see that you are an instructor now!!! Yippee. I hope all is going well. The kids have grown SOOO much since I saw them last at Newtone. It is hard to believe how quickly time flys! Are you going to the Chicago Q this weekend? I will be there and will love to catch up. I see you are also doing Combat - I think you'll be fabulous-me I'm the essence of STEP no BC for this girl - they would tell me to stop "whooing" :0! I hope to see you soon,

Schonda	Nice to hear from you. I heard combat training was awesome. You will be so good. I am off to start my new adventure. I am sure you have heard. I am so excited. I have an opportunity to build the Les Mills group fitness programs from the ground up. We have licensed Bodypump and the other programs will follow. Maybe we will teach together someday. You never know!!
