Hi, Brenda, Yes me very well and amping to the next round of filming. New choreo being trialed and that is fun , you believe you got it and then they change it ...!! Personally i love the stepping up to the mark and haveing a good crack .. Dan and Rach go hard ..yeah lets go hard .. one and all. concert was amazing
happy to finally be back home w/o tons of family around but the walk, the family, NYC, Madonna were all great
Teach BC and BB tomorrow after no gym for a full week

Oh, I don`t know wich one is my fav until now. Attack is amazing, but Attack is everytime my fav. I also like the new Pump music. I will start to learn them all, we`ll launch at the beginning of november, so I´ve some time. Yes, time is running, we can also book our next Quarterly, it will be in december. Today I had such a great BA class, after this weekend I`m full of energy.

Hey girl! How were your launches??? that is funny about pump, i did not have a sweater, but had an extra pair of pants, thankfully!!! too embarassing, LOL!
we launched BODYATTACK at a new club this past weekend, it was pretty awesome!! members LOVED it, we had a packed room too.

Hi Brenda, just want to say hello, hope everything is good with you. We had our super quarterly last saturday with round about 400 instructors and the whole german national team. Wow, it was awesome! And yesterday we got our new releases. Great music, and it was a great feeling to do them at the quarterly wirh all the people! Did you start with the new releases yet?

Loved combat, sore butt 2moz for sure, love the music!!! Didn't get to do attack or pump as my wee Granny had cut her arm, and got a bit upset, I only stay round the corner, so went up and had cuppa with her, wee soul!!!!
Will let you know what I think of the rest as the week goes on =D
Hope your enjoying your classes, am glad Monday is over, only 4 more to go not that I'm counting, bet you miss it....not!!!!
