After living in Germany and Switzerland I landed here. Still traveling a lot - thanks my friends for all the subbing!

- my new love: BodyCombat. It's so intense and so much fun. Thanks Rach and Dan. You guys are awesome!!Choreo doesn't come easy to me. That means work, work, work.

... my LM friends here esp. Becca and Jamie. What would I be without them! I shouldnot forget Sarah and Rayelle. They are always there when I need subbing!
... BodyPump AND MY NEW BodyCombat class participants they're awesome. I love 'em all.

I miss:
- my down-dog (BodyFlow teaching) - gosh, I need to flex and relax
- leg-burning RPM teaching
- the mountains
- the water

A million "thank you"s for all of your help last night. I couldn't have done it without you! My favorite part was demonstrating "the clinch" when you freaking threw me across the stage!!!! I was like "I'm flying!" You are one of the best to team teach with and feel free to stop by GRN...and I might be crashing your class on whatever Sundays I'm free (if you'll let me).
