rotating Tuesdays (with Jeff) 6:30 at Gold's Mount Dora ('till 10/28)
Thursday 6:30 at Gold's Altamonte
Friday 5:30 at Lifestyles Apopka
Saturday 9:15 at Gold's Mount Dora ('till 9/13)

Gearin' up for the GA/AU game. I'll be heading to Auburn in November for the big game. Woo hoo..road trip w/ Mitch. And I get to meet up w/ my girl V..hell yeah!!!

Chris	No, not on a schedule yet. I think that its probably going to be a while, there doesnt seem to be any openings in the near future. I have just been team teaching. How have you been?

Robert	Hey buddy...yup Ill see ya tonight too...yea Im only stayin for attack....Im actually trying to totally reamp my workout routines now....Im gonna try and cut down on my weights (pump) and up the cardio...and cut on my food...and try and lose some muscle and weight...
