Welcome back! So, I guess you didn't win it big in Vegas. You don't need to share the details, let it stay in Vegas!
I 'll make it there on of these Mondays. Right now, I have BSTEP 90% of the time at 9:45. What time is Attack?

HEY GIRL!! I made it home safe. I have been so busy trying to get back into the swing of things. I miss you! We need to teach together again soon. BTW, I am going to be teaching BODYATTACK every Monday Morning at midlothian now. You HAVE to come take class with me.
I can't make it to the Q. Money is very tight right now and no one from Gold's is going.

I was too excited when you showed up. I can't believe how much I missed up that night. But amazingly I enjoyed it because of you.(I get nervous usually).It was my faaaavorite release!! Thank you so much your power and energy.It helped a lot.

hi hi heidi! i've been team teaching all this week and will be doing the same next week, doing half the release each time! i'm hoping to do my video the week after ... wish me luck! not sure if i'll be at the quarterly in nov (unless the other instructors at Penn want to go). do you think there'll be a quarterly closer to philly next spring??
