Hmmm I supppose I ought to try and do some weights in the gym, don't seem to find the time though :( but the cardio machines just don't do it for me at all..!!
I'm not sure when i'm gonna do pump, depends on location of module etc, and shuffling work and kids :0
Don't wanna leave it too long though :)

Hey you go girl the more the merrier eh ;)
I wish i'd found lesmills in my early years I would of definately have gone down this route as a career choice I love everything about them, they work huh....and the gym bores me silly :)

No... I wish ;)
I'm a participant turned instructor just recently and i'm loving every minute of teaching....only teaching combat at the minute but hoping to go for pump training later in the year :)
What about you ?? Do you teach all the programmes you listed ?!

I'm good thanks :) enjoying BP66 lots i've only been doing pump for just over a year but I must admit it's my favourite so far.....
Combat is my passion though, my first love ;)
