There's only one way to describe your class tonight: Wow!
Jen and I agree, that your class was beautiful tonight. That you really captured the essence of Flow, and brought us along for the journey. I have the flexibility of a concrete pole ;P but I do enjoy Flow. You made it a challenging workout: I had sweat pouring off my face more than the Linda/Maria's Combat class we just came from! You gave us permission to relax, and as Jen told me, "feel comfortable in our own skin."
Get another Flow instructor to look at it, but you could send that in easily. I think I'm going to do the Pump version of "Extreme Ways" now this Sunday. See ya at 5:15 am!
