Another Cambridge combatter - cool - where are all the others hiding? I'm at Greens - where else can you do combat in Camb? Sorry for the inquisition but hope you're sat in a Comfy Chair at least (Monty Python.. nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition).

Hello!
I tried the new releases for Body Combat and Body Attack...and I really like them :)
The Body Combat moves are quite "easy" but we need to work harder :P
Cannot wait to try the Body Pump 69 with Adriano (I heard that it was the most difficult one!)
Hope you enjoy the new releases as well as an Instructor :)

I found your profile when I was looking for new Body Combat & Pump classes in Cambridge ?
So I would like just to take this opportunity to thank you very much for your classes in Chesterton!!!
I do understand that you would like to have your Sunday off! 16 classes a week is a lot!! And muscles need some rest as well :P
12-2 pm a Sunday is really not the most convenient time!
I am still looking for the best club to carry on Body Combat and Body Pump classes!
Ideally I would need to become member in 2-3 gyms in Cambridge to be able to do BTS classes in Cambridge!
Les Mills should open a club in Cambridge :P
I was used to do 5-6 fitness classes a week…but my heart rate never went high as in Body Combat classes :P
Les Mills programme is well rounded, fun and it really works!!

Have got quite a bit of RPM work this month now which is great and am doing another launch on Sunday in Bedford. Shoes are v good.

Have just got back from my first standby trip and am so gutted they have now finalised+fixed my rota for Jan but am now not free on 7th. Grrrr!
BUT could come and team teach with you Wed 21st?? I know it may be a bit pointless by then so do just say!!!

Hi jamie,
That sounds all good. Can do Tri Bi and Lunges if doing my 3 in a row is easier?? But as I say happy to fit in with whatever you both want to do.
Will concentrate on track 6onw in RPM, great!
Just let me know about which tracks for BP before Mon if you can but I have learnt most it anyway so can brush up last minute no problem.

Happy to do any 3. Back, Biceps, Lunges as first choice but will fit in with what you both want to do. Will dig out some Xmas gear! Have a santa hat somewhere.
RPM you choose which half you want to do and let me know. 'Tis your class!!
