Kia Ora! I am a BodyFlow and BodyVive Trainer living in the midwest teaching BodyFlow, BodyJam, BodyVive, and RPM.

I believe you gotta be passionate about what you are doing! Live your life, and find the joy in the simple everyday things you often take for granted.

What do I love? Teaching fitness... especially BodyVive, BodyFlow, RPM and BodyJam... The ocean. Thunderstorms. Lava Flows. Magic Moments when time stands still. The people who are in my circle of true friends. Most of all my beautiful and amazing eight-year-old daughter Aria whom I adore, honor and respect.

Im divorced, openly gay, I have custody of my three kids, I live in Houston TX, and I'm opening MY OWN FITNESS CLUB! we have signed on with les mills and hope to be open in may of this year, starting off with teaching five of the programs. Oh, haha I should probably change my profile, I've already been to Africa and come back. I spent a month there; it was amazing! I can't wait to go back. I'm still working pretty closely with a dance company on a long-distance collaboration, which is interesting.

I'm so happy that you are excited about life as well! You most definitely exude a great deal of passion that infects your students. I hope you always keep that! *hug*

Just wanted to say hi, and that I've been thinking about everyone at OFC lately! I really love teaching Bodyflow, and have all of you to thank for that :)

I've been trying to find Joyce on this website, and can't seem to locate her? Would you mind telling her I said hello? We kept in touch for a while after I moved, but that email address quit working. My new one is enboyt@yahoo.com.

Sarah	Jen, I must say that you were absolutely hysterical this weekend on top of making us Les Mills high-quality instructors. Thank you for putting up with me and pushing me when I didn't think I could do it. Now I wish that Sunday was the FIRST day of training instead of the last!
