WOW!!! Just got back from Q3 and it was amazing!! Met everyone I wanted to and JACKIE MILLS! Such an amazing and real person. (haha, you should of seen her face when I told her I was 16!) Took 3 classes with her and squeezed into the education session. I tracked down the rest of the NZ team and met all of them too! BEST WEEK EVER!!




Hey whats up??

I'm James and i'm a junior in high school. Yeah pretty young to be going into training to be a group fitness instructor; someone once told me -it dosen't matter if your old enough, as long as your good enough.

Les Mills has compleatly changed how i thought about fitness. A little over a year or so back, fitness would have been the last thing on my mind and all i would want to do is sit around at home grazing on whatever food was in the house. Then i got introduced to Les Mills and that changed me so much. Now i dread being away from the gym and sitting at home.

The gym I go to and hope to be an instructor at is Oxygen in Bayville, NJ. The new additions going on look great. Theres going to be an all new group fitness room!! The trainers there are truely amazing in what they do and how they motivate everyone in class and know how to transform every class into a party.
