Congrats on the placing too! That is awesome! How does your wife and family feel about your success? I bet they are proud, but really it's more about how YOU feel, and you have to be proud of the success that comes from your HARD WORK!!!

Is that you Jeff???? did you do a show?? Congrats man! The photo is so small I can't really tell, but you have always looked super fit, so I imagine you did well!
Write when you can! Miss having you in class, but I'm sure the members are glad to have you at front and center instead!

Hey Jeff,
Long time no see! Where are you hiding yourself? Probably in class somewhere ....... you are a teaching junkie!! How is pump going?
Things with me are fine......just busy with the kids out of school and baseball tournaments for my oldest son. I've been nursing a shoulder injury lately but am working my way back carefully. Hope all is well with you......come by sometime on Thurs if you can while I am teaching.
