Yesssssssssssssssssssssss....there is always fun when I go on holiday with my family. Couldn't be better!!!
My classes are Ø but we are living in a small village with 3(!) fitness studios. So I am satisfied =)

Hey Judz,
How you been, it has been a while since I didnt write. I hope thing are all well for you & your family.
I'm busy as usual teaching everyday after office work, well except Sunday, nah doing Pump(9.30am) cover for whole Sept.
Have you got permanent Combat class yet? I sure you got heaps by now.
What do you think of the new release, what your fav track? My T6 and T10 and others are cool2.
It seems ages ago we last chat/met, I hope will come to Sydney again next April that be awesome to catchup.
I saw few pic of the next release38, boxing theme is black, Rach wearing gold & black strip short & top(attached)
Spring is beautiful here in Sydney, sunny warm day but still chilly in evening, but it the best time of the year.
hey come on join me & friends this Sunday we heading to Manly beach for lunch(seafood pad thai&salad) & ice cream :)
