if you can get through BPump training is that any indication of your abilities to cope with Body Attack?BAttack is booked now-wont back out of it-but i do find it the most challenging of LMI.If you could hunt out your manual would be really GR8tful!

although having said that those are the official guidelines,on the instructor dvd michelle doesnt say 3 X warmup weight in her pretrack set up,she just coaches them into the proper position to start the track and is away,so i dont think we are actually supposed to give specific guidelines anymore
ive just confused myself!(but hope u get the point!)
