Qualified To Teach

Hello my fellow wild and crazy LMS instructors!

I have been teaching Lesmills classes for over 3 years now and have been personal training for over 5. I am certified to teach Combat, Pump, Flow and Jam and have also just recieved my NSCA-CSCS certification (big sigh of relief on that one!). In May I graduated with a BA in Exercise Science which took me 7 years to get so I was a super-duper-duper senior by the time I finished...hey, at least I finally got it done!
I would love to know what is up with you and how classes are going so drop me a line anytime!

Michele	Haha amazing what you can find when you google! I love some of 'em though and have used them in class before! Wow how do you keep the choreo for so many programs in your head?! I'm starting to struggle with just three!!!!! LOL

Sorry I haven't dropped a line. My kitties are sick. I have to give them meds everyday. Keep the area very clean . cleaning litter boxes every hour when I am home.
