Hey Kacey girl!
It's been awhile but I see you haven't slowed down any! I'm headed home this wkd (Labor day holiday) Sat-Wed and I've been in touch with your mom. I am hoping to get together with her if your brother and his wife haven't had their baby yet. She told me about your show and now I SEE from your photos how AWESOME you did! WOW!Congrats!
Any chance I'll see you too? are you teaching only at GAC? didn't you used to teach up in Loveland at Gold's? I'm going to try and catch the Sun class or the Labor day class on Mon while I am in town in Ft.C.
If I don't get a chance to see you, I just wanted to say "hey" and great job! Also, I'm going to the Super Q in Chicago in Oct....will I see you there? Hope so! Can't wait to see you again and catch up!

Hey Kacey, I just wanted to say hello and to thank you again for kicking our booties in San Antonio this June. It was awesome and you taught me so much! I am still working hard at extending my 9ft. arms all the way ;) Hope you are doing well and hope that the addition of Body Jam to your gym is rocking the house. Sharlene here from training in San Antonio back in June. Just wanted to tell you that we launched 36 tonight and it was great. The team was proud of me and so I wanted to say thank you for pushing me to be better.

I'm an instructor in MD and I know this is ages away but I have to be in Denver for over a week in Feb for a conference and always look for gyms to take and/or team teach classes at while on the road
Would love to keep in touch and hopefully get to come take classes with you
I'll be at the Super Q in August too (I assume you'll be there for the trainer summit?)

The hardest thing you've ever done, yet you're going back for more. Sounds like someone has been bitten by the bug! You sound like me when I jumped into racing.
