Qualified To Teach

Buffalo Club? I don't know what the Buffalo club is. Hee-Hee. Anyway, I guess my profile is pretty bare. I'm a wife and a mother of two wonderful boys, Gavin 6 and Malakai 3. I 've been able to only work part time at my other job as a sleep polysomnographer(sleep tech) so that I can spend the summer with them and pick up more claases. I teach Bodyjam, Bodypump, and Bodyvive, and I love it. I just finished my first Triathlon in May and can't wait to do another one, hopefully in August. My hope is too never let up or give up on fitness and to only get better with age. I can't wait to get Gavin started in 5K run, maybe in November at the Turkey Trot, and more from there.

I had a fantastic time in Fenton and can't wait for next time. Every class was magic, but I have to say Jam holds a special place in my heart.
