Hello LesMills!!
Well my name is Karina and never in my life did I ever think of myself as teaching group fitness. I have always liked to stay active..tennis, dance and horseback riding. But once college hit I got lazy...I got to the point where I couldn't stand not doing anything and began working out. From there I i began taking RPM, Combat, Pump...etc. I loved all the classes and attended the training for Combat and RPM and most recently Pump
I love all the programs and look foreward to developing as a an instructor!!!

nice of you to drop me a note...

I am doing well, nothing too exciting but then again nothing to really complain about either. Looks like you have been keeping very busy adding more and more Les Mills programs! Good for you! I am still only teaching Body Flow, getting ready to launch next Sunday. I have become a wicked procrastinator, haven't even watched the entire BF DVD yet, much less look at the notes or listen to the music. So you know what I will be doing this week! I am still pumping, try to take my wife's class, and was putting up some big weight until I got sick a couple weeks ago. How's you lifting going, you still the strongest of the bunch?
Well enjoy the rest of your summer, maybe I will see you at a quarterly sometime.
