I am having a great time teaching BC! I love every second of 36. Well, maybe not SO much love for the plyo lunges - EESH!! The dress and the boots are getting a lot of attention. Met lots of cool people in the Les Mills community, and at the SuperQ.

The SQ absolutely ROCKED!! It it SO great that the PDs come all the way here to see us. I LOVED the workshop and education sessions. Dan and Rach are 2 very cool people. Their dynamic together is UNbelievable. A most excellent teaching team, but I guess they certainly would be after all this time! Fantastic little tidbits of information that will be taken back to my class.

Gandalf comes in just behind Dan and Rach (sorry, Jammers!). He's also a very cool dude. I told G that as much as I love taking Jam, I nearly have a stroke when I sit down with a DVD and THINK about learning how to teach it. He said Jam is about to go in a more basic direction. We'll see. I still have Combat to polish up, first.

A blur, but a really great day with great presenters and great participants... can't wait to do it, again!
Ya know - there's a chance I say "great" too much... well, it WAS! :)

My first Body Combat class was back in release 25, and I was crazy about it. I went to work at a bakery, and (though upping my baking skills) fell into major slacker mode. I got back into class, last winter, and jumped when the opportunity came up to certify.

Lauren, one of our BC instructors made the arm socks, they were cool but kept falling down (and were HOT)
Have a blast w/launches, that esquiva does sneak up on you!

C	yeah i would probably go thru it again as well. I love the all day challenge to your body and mind. Like boot camp without a drill sgt. screamin in your face. Making me cry, calling home asking for my mom to come pick me up. What is your favorite. I love behind the cow. Do you run at all? I'm running the Hartford CT 1/2 marathon in Oct.

C	Hey Heather, I finally took the new combat wed. night and LOVED it the lunges were insane. Who knew - just when you think you have seen the moves they go and throw THAT in there. Amazing to me how many people love BC. All ages too. 40+ yr. old women getting into class kickin' butt. I love it! I am going to bc training in oct. Cant wait for that. I have heard that it is tough!? what did you think?

hey heather thans for accepting :D combat is an awesome program ive participated in it since 28 and if finances are ok will be takin on the module in about 4 weeks time - although im terrified :S i luv jam so much to but ill be waiting some time b4 i do the module as there arent many classes around here, maybe step one day to lol thats it programs will end there! Vive is a pretty good program i love how it reaches out to so many people who cant do the "normal" high intensity programs or classes that need high levels of coordination - its been a rough journey with the program as it finds its feet but its had its great moments :P
Have you done the new launches yet? BC 37 is awesome -kills the legs n bottom - but nonetheless another great release!

Hey Heather, I've seen your Cool Avatar ALOT too! You are totally Welcome for the information and Thank you for repling back and also for your info!
I wish I could have gone to the SQ, I was down here working at the Dallas Mania with the LMSC team, had lots of Fun with that too. Yes the PDs are Awesome! I met them last year at the SQ in New Orleans, that was a Blast too! So have you been to Texas? Hope to hear back from ya soon.
