Wow the 90's, sounds too hot for me already, I can not stand the Texas heat down here especaill when it gets humid, yuk. Yes, time to drag the boat and everything else that goes in the water, ooooh now that sounds better!
I do not know if i will be going to the NY SQ, I am not a trainer, so I know I will not be going to the Summit. But if I do come up to NY in August for the SQ I will probably offer to help out the staff just because I like helping others and also I have not seen the NZ team since last years SQ in New Orleans and miss hanging with them - NOLA was a Blast! But for right now I am planning on flying up to Nashville for the LMSC Q in June to help out the LMSC staff, so I need to save my money up for that and I guess by then I will know if NY will be in my travel agenda in August. Well got to go, have Fun but stay Cool!!!!

It's Great to hear from ya and that is so Awesome that you got to say Happy Birthday to her and gave her a gift, I bet that really made her day extra special! Sorry that it has taken me a month to reply back to to your last message. Been very busy since last month with the LMSC Q back in March and a lot more b-day messages and such to send out, whew. You are so Welcome for the message about Sheldon's B-day and Thank you for your kind words too! So when will we see some pics up on your profile, if you need help on getting them on there just let me know, would be happy to help. BTW, the next LMSC Q will be in Nashville, Tenn. June 21st - Yee Haw!

Is this THE infamous Step/Attack Katy who I met in Ogden last weekend? Wanted to say hello and it was great to meet you. I didn't get to say it before I left. You've got some killer dance moves, even when people are feeling up your arms. Thought that was pretty weird/funny.

ASU in the hizouse!!! What is up girl!!! So good to hear from you. I am in NZ right now. Went to Bodyattack this morning in Studio One with 100+ peeps. They were doing the final run through before filming BA61 tomorrow.
31 is a lot of peeps, but you will be fine. I am sure you are going to rock, rock rock!!!!
