I have been in the fitness industry for approximately 20 years, wow that's showing my age! As an ex athlete I guess it was only natural to take a path in this direction.

Currently I work as an exercise rehabilitation therapist and fitness co-ordinator in a physiotherapy practice. I also work at a gym near the Barossa Valley north of Adelaide as an RPM instructor, exercise rehabilitation therapist and Personal trainer. I LOVE my work, how lucky is that!

I have two beautiful children, Brianna 9 years and Matt 6 years. I am a breast cancer survivor and now travel Australia and the World with SA dragons Abreast Dragon Boat racing team. We race in normal races as well as breast cancer races.

My hero is Lance Armstrong.
