Hey Krista! This is Carrie M. or C-Money from Combat module. I just wanted you guys to know that Bodyplex Hiram is going to be hosting a Jam module the weekend of February 15th. We would love to have y'all come! It should be on the schedule soon! I hope to see you there. I think it will be Norm again doing the training so it should be fun!

Got that right...3 programs will make your head spin! Can you let me know if or when you get together w/ Randy to go over techinque? If you see him on a weekend I might be able to swing it and catch up w/ you guys. He's pretty impressive.

It was great having the chance to meet and go through Combat training with you this weekend. Keep me posted and how well you do, I know you'll knock their socks off...are you sure you don't want to take Jam as your next certification? I think Norm is right, you've got that hip thing down sista! =)
