Qualified To Teach

Hi Everybody! I have been teaching Body Step since 2005 and it is my true passion. I just started teaching Body Attack after I passed with a Distinction- Yay! I just went through knee surgery in December so I am just getting back into Attack hard-core now!

I am from Lakeland and Tampa, FL where I taught all over...
I lived in Tampa for four years teaching at Lifestyle Family Fitness: everywhere from Tampa to Lakeland to Hyde Park to Countryside/Clearwater. While teaching, I received my Bachelor's Degree from University of Tampa in Exercise Science and Sports Science.

My new adventure is here in Charlotte, NC where I am striving extra hard to perfect my BS skills and now Body Attack!

I just completed my master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from UNC-Charlotte! So excited!
So..... when I'm not teaching or writing exercise prescriptions for my older adults, I love to run... inside, outside, races, etc. I like to run races anywhere from 5ks to half-marathons.

My clinical experiences and my experiences with LFF and Les Mills have made me into a bigger exercise enthusiast than I ever imagined :)

Fitness, exercise, health, and performance are my life and I love doing anything and everything related to it!!!

Tofer K	I LOVE to see "qualified to teach BodyAttack" under all of our names! I'm such a nerd! We launched on Monday, I didn't make it, my shins and legs were hurting a little too badly to do it and the Jam Launch too. =( but I think I'll be teaching on Thursday, which really makes me happy! How are things going your way?!

Megan	Sooo- what happened at BodyAttack training? You are gonna be an awesome Attacker, I know it! So I'm sure you've seen that the next Quarterly is in Charlotte. Are you going to be around? Laura is coming up to NC and we are looking to hang out there for the week. Let me know if you'll be there!

I'm so glad we got a chance to meet and hope I get to see you again soon, maybe at a SUPER Q?! That would flipping rock! Keep in touch and take girl! You'd be an amazing BodyStep Trainer!
