Taping? You go girl :-) That's what is waiting for me too now! Yeah, I finally went through Bodyflow training. My body and I can't wait to start teaching it lol I always wanted to teach Bodyflow so much. And our vacation in the Czech Republic? I think one of the best we've ever had there. Our vacation was shortened by 1 day due to a bad weather (our flight got canceled) so once finally there we sure enjoyed every single day to the fullest. Once we were gone there was no beer left in that country as my husband drank it all :-) PS: He always does!!

No video yet...I think I am going to film during my class next Thursday. I am going to have to turn the class and use only have the room because of the stupid pole in front of the stage in our group fitness room, so it will be interesting! Have you filmed yet? School is going good...nothing exciting, just ready to be done! How is everything going with you?!?!?

Hey girl. I've been teaching a ton of Pump brcause we've been short on instructors, but we have had 7 people just go through Pump training so I've been helping team teach, giving advice, etc. as they prepare to video.
I can't believe you went to Combat training. I'm jealous!! I'm already itching to do another program since I only teach Step, Pump, and sub RPM now. I'm trying to have about a year before I take on something new again! Keep me updated on how combat goes!

Wow! Pump class pretty much right after combat training? :-) You are stroooong :-) On the other hand you had indredible energy the entire training! It was pleasure to get to know you better, Kristen. Please stay in touch - can't wait to bump into you soon somewhere at a Quarterly!

WHEW!! Messed up the choreography a little but, but it went well overall. The girls seemed to enjoy it! I can't wait to teach again!
