I teach at hampton hill here....but I am actually going to teach at the golds in west ashley in charleston starting mid august. I saw you worked at a golds...maybe its the same one. I am terrible at jam so I can't imagine having to do a video for it! We dont have jam at my gym here so maybe i will take some classes in charleston and get better at it!!

Guess what? I ran into John(the editor) Monday and then he called and left me a message that afternoon!!?? Haven't gotten back in touch with him, but I'm interested to hear what he has to say!!! I'll keep you posted.

How's your Jam new release? Have you unleashed it yet? I'm in chory overload right now...did Step, Pump and Attack for Monday's Member Appreciation. Just have to learn Flow for our launch on Sunday.woo hoo....good stuff
