Kia Ora!

Well, Houma made it through Gustav for the most apart. They aren't letting anyone back into town yet, but from what I've heard there has been significant wind damage, but no flooding which is good. Got word that my house made it through without a scratch, so that was a relief. They are going to start letting people head back tomorrow. I'm working from our Columbia, Missouri office for a few days, and will probably drive back on Saturday to no electricity, but at least I have my house. I'm going get my Combat on tonight at Wilsons Fitness. I surely need an Ass kicking session after this week. Thanks to everyone for checking in on me!

One bad thing about Gustav is that our Attack training with Shaunna May was cancelled (i mean POSTPONED, haha) We'll reshedule soon... hopefully

Received my Combat Video Assessment back and I PASSED! WOO HOO!! I am officially a Body Combat instructor....!!!

Exciting News! I just accepted one of the GFM positions at my club. I am very excited to help lead some of the best instructors Les Mills has to offer. Good things are happening at The Workout Company, so stop in if you are ever in the area.

Just signed up for my first half marathon. Doing the inaugural San Antonio Rock n Roll half in November. Training starts soon and I cannot wait to push myself and complete this.

Linda	Hey Anidas, No worries, we have to put the launch off one week :-( Something about lighting, I don't know, I am just ready to be doing/teaching 37, I love the whole thing! Soooo it's the 14th now, catsuits & boots will have to wait . . . When do you guys launch?! If it's before us, I might have to come out there! L
